Following terms and conditions apply.

"We" and/or "Us" means Frozenspeed Motorsport photography. "You" means the person or entity named as client.
No variation of these terms or conditions shall be effective unless agreed in writing.
"Image" means any item which may be offered for the purposes of reproduction, including a Digital Image.

1. The following terms and conditions apply to all users of this site and those handling any digital material obtained from this site which is www.frozenspeed.com
These online / digital terms and conditions supplement and do not replace the standard terms and conditions printed on licences, invoices and delivery notes.

2. By obtaining and using a Login and Password to access images on this site, you are entering into a binding agreement between you and us.
If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, please inform us by e-mail, within 24 hours of receiving your login details, stating that this is the case; in which event your username and password will be deleted and you will not be granted access to the galleries.
Downloading any material whatsoever using the username and password will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. If you are an Authorized User, you are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your Login and Password details. You may not allow others to use your login and password to access the galleries without written permission from us. And you agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised persons from obtaining your login/password details.
You will be held responsible for any charges arising from all downloads of material from this site by third parties using your login details, with or without your permission.

4. Any unauthorized or unapproved use of the Login and password, as well as of any of these images, constitutes copyright infringement and subjects you to all civil and criminal penalties provided for under Copyright Law.

5. Users to whom a Password has been issued (Authorized Users) may download the water marked low-resolution and high-resolution copies of the images from these galleries, and use them for personal use only.

6. After downloading them you are allowed to share your images via personal social media accounts (facebook, twitter, blogs, etc) provided they safeguard the privacy of other event participants and staff.
You are not allowed to share images containing recognizable numberplates or faces without prior written permission of all parties depicted.
You are not allowed to share your images via commercial social media accounts without written prior permission from us.

7. You may not use images in any final products for distribution in printed or electronic form for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us. You may not modify or remove any visible or invisible electronic watermark.
You may not redistribute or sublicense any image supplied by us or downloaded from this site.

8. The reproduction by whatever means of the whole or any part of any Image is strictly forbidden without our specific written permission.
You must inform us of your proposals as to when and how an Image is intended to be used. We will then consider whether we would wish to grant a licence and, if so, on what terms.

9. No reproduction rights are granted by virtue of the download of Images unless expressly agreed in advance.

10. You must satisfy yourself that all necessary rights, model releases or consents which may be required for reproduction are obtained and that the use of any image is not obscene, indecent, libellous or unlawful.
We make no claim or warranty with regard to your use of content, names, text, people, trademarks or copyright material depicted in any Image and you will indemnify us in respect of any claims, damages, costs or expenses we incur arising from the use of any Image supplied to you.

11. Images shall not be altered or manipulated, added to, or have any part deleted without our prior written consent

12. Our failure to exercise or enforce any of our rights will not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights nor bar their exercise or enforcement in future.

13. Should any disagreement arise between us, we shall first try to settle it by a mediation procedure.
